AI powered donor management for churches.

Most giving platforms hand you a deposit and a spreadsheet. Dime answers the questions behind the numbers. Ask who your donors are, what they have given, or who has quietly stopped, and get a real answer with the report behind it.

Ask your giving data a question.

Every church gets a built-in assistant. Ask in plain English and get an answer with the report behind it, instead of exporting a spreadsheet and building a pivot table.

Plain language, not query builders
"Who gave last year but not this year?" "Which funds are down from last quarter?" "Show me first-time givers from October."
Every answer is backed by a report
You get names, amounts, and dates you can open, filter, and export. Nothing is a black box you have to take on faith.
Built for the follow up conversation
Spot a family that has quietly stopped giving before the year-end statement tells you. That is a pastoral cue, not just a finance report.
Included, not an upgrade
Every church on Dime Giving has it at no extra cost, whether you process $2,000 a month or $200,000.

Who gave regularly last year but has stopped?

14 households gave at least six times in 2025 and have not given since March. Together they gave $38,410 last year, so this is worth a look.

The largest three:

Household2025 givenLast gift
Anderson, T. and M.$6,240Mar 8
Whitfield, J.$4,800Feb 22
Okafor, D. and A.$3,900Mar 1

Nine of the fourteen were giving monthly by card and those cards expired between January and March, so this looks more like a payment problem than a giving decision.

The reports your board keeps asking for.

Built in and ready to run, not something you rebuild in a spreadsheet every January. Every report exports, and every report can be handed to the assistant.

Bank transfer giving costs 0.75% + $0.25 instead of 2.75% + $0.25. Moving recurring givers to ACH is the single fastest way to cut what your church pays in fees.

Questions churches ask first.

If yours is not here, ask us directly and you will get a real answer from a person.

How much does Dime Giving cost for a church?
2.75% + $0.25 per card gift and 0.75% + $0.25 per ACH bank transfer gift. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no separate charge for reporting, statements, or the AI assistant. A $25 monthly minimum applies to organizations processing under $5,000 per month.
Can donors cover the processing fee?
Yes. The giving form includes an optional checkbox that adds the processing fee to the gift so the church receives the full intended amount. On a $250 card gift the fee is $7.13, so the church receives all $250 instead of $242.87.
Does Dime Giving support recurring giving?
Yes. Donors can set up weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom recurring gifts by card or bank transfer, and they can change the amount, date, or fund themselves without going through the church office.
Can donors manage their own giving?
Yes. Donors can log in any time to update their card or bank account, change the amount, date, or fund on a recurring gift, pause or cancel it, see their full giving history, and download their own statements. That keeps routine changes out of the church office.
Can gifts be designated to specific funds?
Yes. Create as many funds as your budget needs, such as General, Missions, Building, or Benevolence. Donors choose the fund when they give, and every report and export can be filtered by fund.
What does the AI assistant actually do?
You ask questions about your giving in plain English and get an answer with the underlying report attached. Common questions include who gave last year but not this year, which funds are trending down, who gave for the first time last month, and which recurring gifts failed. Every church gets it at no extra cost.
Does Dime Giving produce year-end giving statements?
Yes. Contribution statements are generated for every donor, broken out by fund and date, ready to email or print for tax season.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee, no long-term contract, and no cancellation penalty. The rate is the same whether your church processes $2,000 a year or $2,000,000.
How do we switch from our current giving platform?
Most churches run both for a few weeks. You set up your funds, publish the new giving link, and ask recurring givers to move over, which is also a good moment to move them from card to bank transfer and cut your fees. We will walk through the sequence with you.

See what your giving data has been trying to tell you.

Tell us a little about your church and we will walk you through the giving form, the reports, and what switching actually looks like.
